inicio de una idea. Seguramente todo empieza con un reto, un reto que se vehicula <i>fantaseando<\/i> con im\u00e1genes, palabras, paisajes\u2026 o ve a saber con <i>qu\u00e9<\/i> .  <\/p><p>El caso es que pasada esta primera etapa comienza el proceso de \u201cfermentaci\u00f3n\u201d, de hacer madurar esa primera <i>fantas\u00eda<\/i> . Es muy posible que ni el propio creador tenga conciencia de que est\u00e1 pasando por esta etapa porque suele ser un proceso que no responde a ninguna l\u00f3gica ni m\u00e9todo. \u00c9ste es, seguramente, el momento m\u00e1s m\u00e1gico y, justamente, es el hecho diferencial entre los que son creadores y los que no lo somos.  <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p><p>El \u201ctiempo de la fermentaci\u00f3n\u201d se cierra cuando un buen d\u00eda, de repente, lo tienen claro. Se dan cuenta de que han visto la luz, que como en una especie de epifan\u00eda se revela la naturaleza de la idea. Con ellos, Campi qui Pugui y Cia La Tal, se encuentran para explicarse las ideas de sus proyectos. Una primera presentaci\u00f3n en voz alta, un primer reconocimiento y la complicidad y el apoyo que da verosimilitud y garant\u00eda a la idea. (Los amigos son un valioso tesoro y si son artistas a\u00fan m\u00e1s).   <\/p><p>He aqu\u00ed que, llegados a este punto, Ramon Molins, director esc\u00e9nico y creador de la compa\u00f1\u00eda Zum Zum Teatre ( <i>La Gallina de los huevos de oro<\/i> , <i>La ni\u00f1a que viv\u00eda en una caja de zapatos<\/i> , <i>La camisa del hombre feliz<\/i> , <i>Gretel y Hansel<\/i> \u2026), me cuenta que quiere arrancar un nuevo proyecto: pieza callejera de unos hipop\u00f3tamos que bailen porque quiero hablar a trav\u00e9s de la m\u00e1scara (disfraz) de los juicios de valor, sobre las apariencias\u2026 \u00a1Patamos!<\/p><p>Me pide que me incorpore al proyecto y que haga un acompa\u00f1amiento. Dice que no quiere dirigir \u00e9l la pieza y que quiere desarrollar un proceso de creaci\u00f3n que se desmarque de los h\u00e1bitos de investigaci\u00f3n, creaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de su compa\u00f1\u00eda. \u00a1Ay, las!  <\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; text-align: start;\">Planteamos un proceso de creaci\u00f3n que llaman #RepteZum que se alimenta de estos valores: el riesgo, la confianza, la generosidad, el fracaso como proceso, la flexibilidad, la versatilidad y la curiosidad.  <\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; text-align: start;\">\u00bfPero con qui\u00e9n lo haremos, qui\u00e9n lo dirigir\u00e1, qui\u00e9n construir\u00e1 los disfraces, qui\u00e9n lo bailar\u00e1\u2026?<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #000000; color: #000000; text-align: start;\">La respuesta es muy sencilla, debemos encontrar a las personas susceptibles de responder de forma excelente a los valores de nuestro #RepteZum, y el primer y \u00fanico nombre que aparece sobre la mesa es Quim Bigas. Para encontrar a los int\u00e9rpretes proponemos una sesi\u00f3n creativa por invitaci\u00f3n y convocamos a 12 personas de perfiles muy diversos. Parad\u00f3jicamente hay pocos bailarines y bailarinas. \u00bfPero qu\u00e9 se busca? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no es un casting, ni una audici\u00f3n? Se plantea una sesi\u00f3n de trabajo propositiva donde a partir de las premisas de Ramon y las consignas de Quim se hacen aportaciones a la idea de la investigaci\u00f3n creativa. Hemos elegido 12 perfiles para desarrollar una pieza de 3 hipop\u00f3tamos pero el trabajo de creaci\u00f3n y producci\u00f3n de la pieza contar\u00e1 con 5 int\u00e9rpretes, es decir, para cada hipop\u00f3tamo habr\u00e1 3 posibles int\u00e9rpretes. Se parte de la idea de que no debe haber primer reparto y segundo reparto, ni titulares, ni covers, ni sustitutos, de que la propuesta es un proceso de creaci\u00f3n desde la investigaci\u00f3n y por tanto son los int\u00e9rpretes, ahora cocreadores, los que deben encontrar a partir de la pr\u00e1ctica la forma que la dramaturgia y la direcci\u00f3n de Quim propone siempre a partir de la primera idea de Ram\u00f3n. <\/p><p>Resulta apasionante ver c\u00f3mo este engranaje es un sistema, una m\u00e1quina muy delicada y sutil, pero extremadamente precisa. Cada pieza debe desarrollar su funci\u00f3n en su sitio y en el momento oportuno. Este ejercicio reclama una disponibilidad y un respeto que resulta admirable por c\u00f3mo lo conducen el director de la pieza y el director de la compa\u00f1\u00eda. Respeto profesional y confianza, \u00a1he aqu\u00ed!   <\/p><p>La pregunta desde <i>Excel<\/i> de producci\u00f3n es: \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 generamos gasto haciendo ensayar a cinco personas cuando la pieza s\u00f3lo necesita tres?
